What is PeerPro?

PeerPro is a peer tutoring and exam prep platform for college students. Our tutors have recently taken the same classes with the same professors, so they know exactly what it takes to succeed.

What makes PeerPro different?

Most tutoring services hire grad students or professionals removed from the current classroom. Our tutors just aced the course your student is in now. That means sharper exam prep, relevant examples, and study strategies that match how the professor actually tests.

Is PeerPro affiliated with a university?

No. PeerPro is an independent company that was founded by students . However, your tutor does attend your university. PeerPro works closely with professors to ensure we help our clients as effectively as possible without breaching any academic integrity policies. We operate independently so we can focus entirely on helping students succeed.

Can I reschedule or cancel my session?

Yes. Reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours in advance at no cost. Changes within 24 hours are charged 50% of the session price. No-shows are charged in full.

How do I reschedule or cancel a session?

The easiest way is right on our website. Go to My Bookings under the Account dropdown, select Manage, and pick a new time that works for you!

What if I’m unhappy with a session?

Your experience matters. If something doesn’t feel right, reach out to us and we’ll work with you to make it right, whether that’s rescheduling, matching you with a different tutor, or issuing a credit when appropriate.

What services does PeerPro offer?

How do clients use our services?

Every student is different, but most book weekly one-on-one sessions to stay ahead and build momentum, then add an exam pack for the final push before each test.

Does PeerPro offer virtual tutoring?

Short answer: no. In-person tutoring creates a better learning environment, and it's what we recommend. That said, if virtual sessions are important to you, arrangements may be made directly with your tutor at their discretion.

After I book... what's next?

Once you book a session, you will get an automatic confirmation text. Your tutor will reach out to you within 24 - 48 hours to introduce themselves!

Will tutors give me exam questions or answers?

No. PeerPro maintains a strict academic integrity policy. Tutors will never provide exact exam questions or complete graded assignments for students. Sessions are focused on understanding concepts, practicing similar problems, and building confidence.

Do PeerPro mock exams use real exam questions?

No. Every mock exam is original content written by our top tutors, designed to mirror the style and difficulty of your professor's real test without reproducing it. In many cases, our mock exams are reviewed and approved by the course professor before release.
